Loan approvals are subject to verification, credit assessment, and internal policies. CHB reserves the right to reject applications without notice.

3. Repayment Terms

Borrowers must repay the loan amount as per the repayment schedule provided at the time of disbursement. Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties.

4. Use of App

You agree not to misuse the app or its services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as network issues or third-party failures.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for fraudulent activities.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
